What file type does my logo need to be? What if all I have is a .jpg file- will that work?
Our ideal file type is a vector file. Most often that is an .eps, .ai or .pdf file.
Don’t have that? Then the highest resolution you have would be second best.
Don’t have that either? No problem. Our amazing professional graphic designers are here and happy to help you as little or as much as you need to make sure that your vision comes to life!
Will I receive a proof if I’ve already placed my order online?
Yes! Without exception, all of our orders receive a proof showing your logo, sizing, ink colors and items chosen. We do NOT go into production without your full approval.
Can I see a proof BEFORE I order online so I know what my project will look like before payment?
We would LOVE to create a virtual mockup for you prior to placing an order with us. You can either choose “Free Mockup Request' under the item you’re interested in or shoot us a call/email and we’ll get the process started!
How long will it take to get my order?
Standard turn times vary depending on the item. Once you’ve chosen your product and imprint type, you can see your turn time right there. Production begins AFTER your art is approved. Once produced, we use standard UPS ground. Need it sooner? Let us know! We can offer a rush on many of our items and expedite shipping to meet your in-hands date.
My event is next week. Am I out of luck?
Absolutely NOT! Sometimes things come up last minute. Give us a call and we can direct you to your options for a quick turnaround and expedite shipping.
Can I ship my order to multiple locations?
Yes! Reach out to your Dedicated Swag Expert and get estimated shipping costs for as many locations as you need.
What if I’m tax exempt?
Our world headquarters is located in the amazing state of Michigan. If we are shipping your order outside the state, we do not charge tax. If you are in Michigan and are tax-exempt, please let us know and we can send our standard Michigan Tax Exempt form to keep on file and waive the sales tax.
Can I get a sample?
Absolutely! You can either click “Request Free Sample” under the item you’re interested to get started there or contact one of our Dedicated Swag Experts and we’ll make sure one is sent your way! While your sample is en route, we can even get you a virtual mock-up to give you the full visual experience.
Does your price online include the logo? Are there any other fees you don’t show online?
Yes! No one likes those kinds of surprises so our pricing is all-inclusive. Once you’ve entered your quantity and selected the imprint type and number of imprint colors, your final pricing will show at the bottom of your page.
